Generally a good experience at the vet. The staff treats me and the animals well, and we always feel well cared for. My cats and dog are all comfortable there, and that makes it worth it to continue going their rather than change, despite their slightly higher prices compared to other vets in the area. I’ve gotten imaging and test quotes for less elsewhere, but with myself and my pets bring happy there, customer service and care outweighs the slightly lower prices somewhere else.

I love this vet clinic, and have since I was a kid coming here with my parents! It's a place that's warm, caring, and feels like family. No matter what vet you see, you will be getting excellent care. Several of the vets have been practicing here for over 20 years, and one of those long-term vets' daughter is practicing here now too!

BAH has been a place we have went to for 10+ years. Completely disappointed in them and now moving on to a different vet. Dog has been sick for a few months - took her in. They charged ~ $150and gave her medicine....Great. No problems here. Two weeks later she is out of medicine and I call for a refill because it worked. Cant refill it until they see here again. Don't agree with this but I take her in. Vet looks at her for 10 seconds and says we need blood work and she needs sinus medication. If it was a thorough exam I would settle for paying the $300 -- but 10 seconds and recommending bloodwork. Do the bloodwork and they say they will call me next day. 4 days later no call, 5 days later no call so I call them(twice). They proceed to just say "it was good" as the vet was busy. Now 600-800 deep with medication and a couple minutes of exams and bloodwork. Call to get a refill of the medicine today as the last time they gave me "2 weeks worth" but it was only actually 1 weeks worth so I tried to spread it out. Vet says they can not give it to her unless they see her AGAIN -- spending another $150 I'm sure. I am all for being thorough and providing the best care for the pet but if you can't follow through on the bloodwork, you do not provide a 10-15 minute exam for $100(instead at most 30 seconds) and you can't provide the medicine for my pet without seeing her every 2 weeks there is a problem. I am not one to write reviews, but this is completely disappointing.
